久々に晴れ晴れとした日曜日を迎えました (と火曜日に更新してます）。なので、お気に入りKaivopuisto公園でジョギングすることにしました。この何日かトラムがメンテ工事のためぜんぜん動いてないので、最寄のバス停からバスでハーバーの近くまでいき、そこからスタート。今日はそのコースで見える風景をレポートします。It was really sunny and warm Sunday after a while (I am updating this on Tuesday though), so I decided to go jogging. My favorite place to run is Kaivopuisto park. It is a coast side next to the harbour. Tram is not working for these days, so I took a bus to the nearest points to the sea side and started there. I report some scenery along this jogging course.
まずは、出発点。ハーバーの光景はとってもクール。大学のヨット部時代に通った、福岡の大岳や小戸ハーバーを思い出します。Start from the harbour, it reminds me my university day when I spend every weekends at Odo yacht harbour or Ootake in Fukuoka with my sailing club folks. Life 'was' beautiful...
ハーバーを走り抜けると、見晴らしのよい海岸線がつづきます。かもめもいっぱい！それにしても、青空の下にいるだけで気持ちよくなります。昔はこれがあたりまえだったからね。When you pass by the harbour, very beautiful sea views continue. I cannot believe anymore that I used to be under such blue sky EVERYDAY. One appreciates a good thing when lose it - it is true!

なかなかいい感じの景色です。Nice view - good feeling :-)
街中に近づいてくると、ハーバーが見えます。左手にみえるのは、ストックホルム行きのフェリーです。When you get closer to the town, there is a big port. The big ferry on the left hand side is the cruising boat that shuttles between Helsinki and Stockholm. One day ....
これは何の像だろう。そのうち調べます。Famous Finnish girl? I will look up WIKI another day.
マーケットのあるハーバーに着きました。ここで、新鮮な野菜や魚そして花や植木が売られてます。夏は観光客のためにお土産やさんやカフェもいっぱいです。I stop running when reach this market place. They sell fresh veges, fishes and flowers and green pots. In summer, a lot more souvenir shops and cafes.
さまざまベリーは夏の（いや初夏・晩春）の風物詩。地元で摘み取れるいちごはまだみたいだけど。Berry is one of those. My friend said that July is the strawberry season in Finland. I will see more locally-grown hand-picked berries in a couple of weeks.
とまあ、こんな感じでテレテレと走っています。You now know how I enjoy running here.
一日の締めは、スペアリブの味噌煮込みとその煮込んだスープという高カロリーな夕飯でした。
これ結構おいしかったので、レシピお勧めします。The last joy of this weekend came with the sparerib simmered in the miso sauce and braised udon noodle in the soup after spare rib was made. I ended up with such high calorie dinner. Actually, I can recommend this recipe from the popular Japanese cooking web site.
