On vacation in Italy - イタリアで夏休み

チャーシューポークが古くなってるよとコメントをいただきながら、しばらくお休みしてしましました。今はイタリアです。両親をヘルシンキに招いて、ちょっくらストックホルムまでフェリーの旅を楽しんだ後、ローマに一緒にやってきました。3日間の観光を終えて両親を見送ったあとフィレンツェに来てました。ここで2週間トスカーナ地方の料理修行です。Hello, I was reminded many times that the chir siu pork got very old, but made a long silence. Here I am from Italy. I invited my parents to Helsinki. After made a Silja Line ferry trip to Stockholm, we came to Rome together and spend 3 full days for sightseeing. I sent off them to go back to Tokyo and moved to Firenze.
In this lovely ambient, I am in the 2-week cooking course, and now learning Toscana home cooking from Italian mam.

アパートにインターネットの接続がないため、頻繁に更新はできませんが、ここで学んだお料理をネット披露したいと思います。
今日は、ローマで出会ったさくさくのピザの写真でおなかいっぱいになってね。
Unfortunately, the internet connection is not available in the flat I am staying, so will not be a daily report, but I would like to share all foods cooked here on the net. Today - just a pizza we had in Rome. Was excellent, both in the famous pizzeria in Trastevere and an pizzeria near my hotel.

Secolo というPizzeriaでの計り売りピザ。 もしローマを訪れて、手早くピザが食べたいときはテルミニ駅の近くのここにいくべし！ホテルのスタッフから教えてもらったのだけど、観光客相手ではなく地元の人でいっぱいです。おしゃれなスーツに身を包んだビジネスマンもいましたよ。計り売りなので、自分の好きなピザを好きなだけ頼めます。

At Pizzeria del Secolo. They sell by grams.　If you have a chance to visit Rome and need a quick bite, go to this pizzeria near the Termini station. This was recommended by the hotel staff. It is not a touristic place, but a full of local people who come to grab some slices for lunch, even by business men in a stylish suits.
